This Privacy Policy explains how Craftoantech ("we", "us", "our" or the "Platform") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you use the Lokrang website, mobile application, ticketing services and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

• We may collect information you provide when you create an account, register for an event, purchase a ticket, contact support, or use other features of Lokrang.
• Personal information may include your name, email address, phone number and other information necessary to provide the Service.
• Booking information may include event details, ticket type, quantity, booking/reference number, QR ticket information and transaction status.
• Organizer verification may require information such as PAN/Aadhaar, GST details where applicable, bank account details, cancelled cheque and event permission or authorization documents.
• Payment card, UPI, banking and other payment credentials are processed by the applicable payment gateway or payment service provider. Lokrang does not intend to store full payment credentials on its own systems unless expressly stated.
• We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device information, browser/app information, operating system, pages or screens accessed, dates and times of access and diagnostic information.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

• Lokrang may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, tags and similar technologies for login, preferences, security, analytics, fraud prevention and service functionality.
• Third-party service providers may use similar technologies when providing services to Lokrang.
• You may control cookies through your browser or device settings. Disabling certain technologies may affect some features.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and maintain user and organizer accounts.
• To process bookings, issue tickets and provide event-related services.
• To verify organizers and review events where applicable.
• To facilitate payments, settlements, refunds, chargebacks and transaction support.
• To send booking confirmations, QR tickets, event updates, service notices and support communications.
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and unauthorized activity.
• To improve the Service, features, security and user experience.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations and lawful requests.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

• We may share relevant booking information with event organizers to operate an event, verify a booking or provide entry.
• We may share information with payment gateways, banks, payout providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, communication providers, verification providers and other service providers that help operate Lokrang.
• We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, court orders or governmental requests, protect rights or property, investigate fraud, or protect users or the public.
• Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

5. Data Retention

• We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal/accounting requirements and enforce agreements.

6. Data Security

• We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
• No Internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

• Lokrang may contain links or integrations to third-party websites, applications or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Lokrang is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

8. Children

• Lokrang is intended for users aged 18 and above unless a particular Service or event expressly provides otherwise.
• If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in a manner that violates applicable requirements, we may take reasonable steps to delete or restrict that information.

9. Your Choices and Requests

• Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information.
• You may opt out of promotional communications while continuing to receive essential transactional and service communications.
• We may require reasonable verification before processing an information request.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to tickets, registrations and other event-related purchases made through Lokrang. Because Lokrang connects attendees with independent event organizers, the organizer's event-specific cancellation and refund terms are an important part of each transaction.

1. Event-Specific Refund Terms

• Refund eligibility, cancellation windows, deductions, ticket-transfer permissions and deadlines may vary by event.
• The cancellation and refund terms shown on the relevant Lokrang event page, registration flow, ticket or communicated by the organizer apply to that event.
• If an organizer states that an event is non-refundable, refunds will generally not be issued except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Lokrang.

2. Cancellation by Attendee

• Cancellation requests must follow the method specified for the event or Lokrang support process.
• Requests may require the booking/reference number, registered phone or email and additional verification.
• If the event-specific terms do not permit cancellation, the request may be rejected.
• A ticket that has already been used, checked in or successfully scanned may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refundable and Non-Refundable Amounts

• Platform, service or convenience fees may be non-refundable where disclosed.
• Payment gateway charges, taxes, add-ons, merchandise, booking charges or other third-party charges may be non-refundable where permitted and disclosed.
• Where only part of a booking is refundable, the refund will be calculated according to the applicable event terms and disclosed deductions.

4. Organizer Cancellation

• If an organizer cancels an event, available refund or alternative options will be determined by the organizer's published terms and the circumstances of the cancellation.
• Options may include a full or partial refund, revised date, ticket transfer, credit or another remedy communicated by the organizer.
• Platform/service fees will be treated according to the disclosed terms and applicable law.

5. Postponement or Event Changes

• If an event is postponed, the original ticket may remain valid for the revised date unless the organizer states otherwise.
• If an organizer provides cancellation or refund options because of a material change, the communicated options and deadlines will apply.

6. Duplicate, Failed or Incorrect Payments

• Duplicate payments will be investigated and refunded when the duplicate transaction is verified.
• Failed transactions where money was debited but a booking was not successfully created will be reviewed with the payment provider and refunded or reconciled where applicable.
• Incorrect ticket bookings are generally handled according to the organizer's event-specific policy.

7. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will generally be sent to the original payment method or another method permitted by the payment provider and Lokrang.
• Processing time depends on payment gateways, banks, verification, weekends, holidays and other financial-system processing times.
• Lokrang is not responsible for delays caused solely by banks or external payment providers.

8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

• Users should contact Lokrang support before initiating a payment dispute where reasonably possible so the transaction can be investigated.
• Fraudulent, unauthorized or disputed transactions may be investigated and relevant information may be shared with payment providers or authorities where required.

9. Refund Request Does Not Guarantee Approval

• Submitting a refund request does not itself guarantee approval. Refunds remain subject to the applicable event terms, transaction status, verification and applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Lokrang, including event discovery, registration, ticketing, payment and related services. By accessing or using Lokrang, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions and Platform Role

• "Lokrang", "Platform", "we", "us" and "our" means Craftoantech, operating the Lokrang platform.
• "User", "you" and "your" means a person accessing or using Lokrang. "Organizer" means a person or entity listing or conducting an event through Lokrang. "Attendee" means a person purchasing or registering for an event.
• Lokrang is a technology marketplace connecting organizers and attendees. Unless expressly stated, Lokrang does not itself organize, own, control or conduct events listed by organizers.
• Organizers remain responsible for the legality, permissions, venue, safety, staffing, content, execution and fulfillment of their events.

2. Account and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably current.
• Users are generally required to be 18 years of age or older unless Lokrang expressly permits otherwise for a particular Service or event.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
• Lokrang may require verification for security, fraud prevention, organizer onboarding, payments or legal compliance.

3. Event Listings and Approval

• Organizers may submit events, but submission does not guarantee publication.
• Lokrang may review, approve, reject, suspend, edit or remove an event when reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, fraud prevention, quality or operational reasons.
• Organizers must provide accurate event information, including date, time, venue, ticket price, availability and applicable refund/cancellation terms.
• Organizers may offer free or paid events and are responsible for the accuracy of pricing and event information.

4. Tickets and QR Entry

• A successful booking may generate a digital ticket, booking reference or QR code.
• Users must keep tickets and QR codes secure and must not knowingly share them in a manner that enables unauthorized entry.
• Unless an event specifically permits multiple or transferable use, the first valid QR scan may be treated as successful entry and subsequent scans may be rejected.
• Entry remains subject to organizer rules, venue capacity, safety requirements and applicable law.

5. Payments, Fees and Taxes

• Payments are processed through payment gateways or payment service providers made available by Lokrang.
• Applicable platform, convenience, service or other disclosed fees may be charged in addition to the ticket price.
• Organizers are responsible for prices they set and taxes or statutory obligations applicable to their events or sales, to the extent applicable.
• Lokrang may deduct applicable commissions, charges, refunds, chargebacks or other amounts according to the applicable organizer arrangement and disclosed terms.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and event-specific terms published by the organizer.
• Cancellation windows, deductions and eligibility can vary by event.
• Platform/service fees may be non-refundable where disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

7. Organizer Responsibilities

• Organizers must have all required rights, licenses, permissions and approvals necessary to conduct their events.
• Organizers must provide truthful information and must not upload content they do not have the right to use.
• Organizers are responsible for attendee safety, venue arrangements, event execution, lawful ticketing, refund obligations and compliance with applicable laws.
• Before payouts, Lokrang may require identity, bank, tax and event-related verification documents.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Users and organizers must not use Lokrang for fraud, scams, unauthorized payment activity, unlawful activities, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, malicious activity or activities prohibited by law.
• Events involving prohibited or unlawful activities, including gambling, illegal drugs, unlawful weapons-related activity or prohibited exploitative/adult content, may be rejected or removed.
• Bots, automated abuse, attempts to bypass security, manipulate ticket availability or interfere with Lokrang are prohibited.

9. User Content and Intellectual Property

• Users and organizers retain ownership of content they lawfully own, subject to rights granted to Lokrang under these Terms.
• By uploading content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
• You grant Lokrang a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, market and improve the Service.
• You must not copy, reproduce, sell, rent, sublicense, republish or redistribute Lokrang-owned content except as permitted by Lokrang.

10. Reviews and User Content

• Where reviews or comments are enabled, users are responsible for what they post.
• Content must not be defamatory, unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringe third-party rights, invade privacy or promote unlawful activity.
• Lokrang may moderate, remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

• Lokrang may integrate with payment providers, analytics services, maps, communication providers, social platforms or other third parties.
• Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Lokrang is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

12. Service Availability and Changes

• Lokrang may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service when reasonably necessary.
• Lokrang does not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at every time or location.

13. Disclaimer

• Event information is primarily supplied by organizers. Lokrang does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality, legality or availability of every event or organizer.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lokrang will not be responsible for losses arising solely from organizer conduct, event cancellation, venue conditions, force majeure, third-party service failure or inaccurate information supplied by an organizer, except to the extent caused by Lokrang's own legally actionable conduct.
• Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, users and organizers agree to be responsible for claims arising from their unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or misuse of Lokrang.

16. Suspension and Termination

• Lokrang may suspend, restrict or terminate an account or event where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security concerns, violation of these Terms, legal requirements or repeated non-compliance.
• Termination does not automatically cancel financial or legal obligations that arose before termination.

17. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal rights and requirements.

18. Changes to These Terms

• Lokrang may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
